What is your repair guarantee policy?

All of our repairs are 100% guaranteed to be completely re-done at our expense or for full store credit to be used on future repairs.

How long will it take you to repair my items?

Our standard is one week but if needed sooner, we are happy to accommodate our customers based on our current line up or work. Special projects may need sometime and it could take two weeks or more depending on our work load.

How long do you keep the items that are ready for pick up?

We are not responsible for items left over 30 days so please keep receipt.

Do I need an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Appointments are only needed for Alterations fittings but shoe repairs, leather/suede dry cleaning, minor repairs may drop in.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit or debit card, contactless payments like Apple pay or Android pay.

Do you do prepayments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, prepayment is required for services $50 and up.
